Laundry booking system

The laundry booking system allows users to book, wash, and manage their laundry in an efficient and sustainable way. Both in mobile and touchscreen in the utility room. To make it user-friendly for all ages and levels of experience, we needed to focuse on clarity, simplicity, and logical navigation. It also required to be sustainable, encouraging, and rewarding to use, to do that it needed to include:A date/time queuing system for residents, an easy-to-use calendar view with monthly, weekly, and daily overviews. And a simple, clear step-by-step flow for booking, unbooking and queueing laundry slots. This ensures that users can confidently manage their bookings and clearly see when a time has been reserved or rescheduled.By prioritizing only the most essential elements and necessary functions, we created a booking system that makes it easy and seamless for a wide range of users to manage their everyday laundry without frustration. To support and enhance all functionalities, a harmonious, simple, and modern design was introduced featuring calm and fresh colors, a clear typeface and intuitive icons.
